The team is talking about their favorite Star Wars characters. Rodney assumes that John's is Han (because rakish pilot), and is shocked and actually argumentative when John says that it's Luke, until John says something like he respects a guy who had big dreams, but stayed behind because of family.
Also, I think Teyla picks Leia and John and Rodney say something like, "Leia's for girls."

Vegas AU
Rodney, Teyla, and Ronan go to Vegas to look for an AU John. He's a gambler, down on his luck and OK with the idea of sleeping w/ Rodney for food & a place to sleep. Rodney wants to train him up and take him to Atlantis to replace their John, who died, for some reason. Ronon didn't like it and didn't treat John well. I'm pretty sure John told Lorne on the jumper. Then later, when John wished he could see Rodney in the meeting with Elizabeth, the wall became a window and he could hear the meeting. He stormed in, upset that Elizabeth wasn't aware of the plan and later made fun of Rodney's cover story... something about Hallmark calling? I think they found John's body later along with a whole bunch of clones but I stopped reading at that point because I was a bummed that John died, and they tried to replace him. On another note I'm feeling very greedy with these requests lately but my laptop is sick and I can't search for fic on my work computer without pinging 'porn' lol boo. But I really do try searching on my phone before asking here. Help? *tired puppy eyes*

McKay saves team and planet from sleeping sickness
I read this awhile ago and for the life of me can't find the link. All I remember is that the team goes to a planet and everyone starts to fall asleep except for McKay and the children of the planet because they ate a lot of the local candy. The scene that sticks out most in my mind is when everyone starts to wake up they compliment the kids on their help and the children look at them like their idiots due to McKays influence.
I hope someone knows which story I'm talking about. Thank you!

Sentinel John, Guide Rodney
John's spirit animal is a big bird and Rodney's is a beaver. John sees the beaver building a structure that turns out to be a model of a city in the corner of Rodney's quarters. The beaver crawls inside of it and the bird picks it up and flies it through the base. This helps them find their way to Atlantis.

John/Rodney 4 Command Chairs in Atlantis
I'm looking for a long story where there is more than one chair on Atlantis. One is for weapons, one is for Rodney to fix things and I think there's one more for security. There is an Indian (I think) woman an OC who is or becomes the head of security on Atlantis. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I'd really like to share it with my daughter. Thanks!

I'm desperately looking for a story where John and Rodney get outed (or possibly just embarassed) when Atlantis gets a new comms system which is voice activated. During some pillow talk, one of them accidentally activates it and the rest of their conversation gets broadcast city-wide. It might have been a X Times Someone Found Out soert of fic but I'm not sure. I seem to remember reading it on AO3 but I've searched for an hour and zilch. I will be so grateful to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

Lurker coming out of hiding in desperate search for bunny!john fic. Read this a long time ago but I can remember John as a part-bunny locked up in a cage with a lot of other part-bunnies and a cruel bunny salesman. John is separate from all the other bunnies because he is seen as mean and vicious whereas the other bunnies are loving and sex-mad. John was fighting them off and so has been put in a cage on his own.
Rodney comes to the store looking for an easy-going maid/cook/cleaner. He is wary of buying a sex-crazed animal and thinks John is perfect since he has no sex-drive. This of course changes after Rodney buys John!
Does this ring any bells for anyone? I have searched everywhere I can think of!

Found!FIC SEARCH: Rodney Mckay/John Sheppard
I've been trying to find a fic I read a while ago, it was an sga fic in which a kid is from a parrallel/alternate universe and is the kid of john and rodney mckay, she sees a universe where rodney and john aren't together and do not have kids. She decides to use a device to travel there to get them together romantically. Rodney figures out how to get her home and the alternate rodney and john send back a note telling what planet they got their kid from.I have been searching everywhere and cant find it. I would appreciate any help in finding it even if it is to find out it is deleted from the Internet. I would like to know so I can stop looking.

Stealing Atlantis
Rodney is at SGC. Sheppard thinks he's taking the Chief of Science job there, and plans to take Atlantis without IOA permission. Miko calls McKay on secure line and he arrives shortly before liftoff, along with lots of stuff he "liberated" from the Mountain. Does this sound familiar to one of you lovely people?

FOUND - John ATA/Asgard problem
I’ve been desperately searching for a fic that is Shep whump.
I’m pretty sure that it has something to do with his ATA gene. He starts going off food and I think abhors all human interaction? I think food and touch caused him pain There is a type of Asgard but they are from the Pegasus galaxy (evil little creatures) and they try and take him through some kind of portal.
In the end, because it was so traumatic for him they wipe his memory clean.
Fingers crossed someone remember this.

The one where John paints a tree
I asked for this back in October with no luck so I'm gonna throw it out again and see if anyone new recognizes it. If that's not allowed let me know please. :)
John has a painting in his room of a tree. It's a tree that John has painted. John eventually moves into Lorne's room which Lorne already shares with someone else (possibly Parrish, Zelenka, or Ronan). Lorne hangs the painting on the wall in John's new room but John takes it down saying that it's not art. If memory serves, each leaf on the tree is for someone who John has lost and he adds new leaves as needed so the painting is never really finished. I'm sure it's slash but I'm not sure with who. I remember it being a short fic. Takes place on Atlantis.
