I'm looking for two fics both of which I'm certain are McShep:
1) kidfic, at some point someone is feeding the baby and, I'm paraphrasing at this point, "making the jumper go through the 'gate". They are in the mess hall and I believe its McKay that's observing this, tho it could be John. Sadly, that's all I remember from the fic.
2) Crossover with The Sentinel, John is a sentinel in his 30's and Rodney turns out to be his Guide, and is 16? maybe younger. He rescues Rodney from the Trust? and is pissed off at Jack for not telling him Rodney's a Guide. He waits until Rodney is of age to consummate their bonding which affects all the Sentinal/Guides in the hemisphere they are in when Rodney gets hurt in Antarctica.
