the team is searching for a person who turns out to be a secret weapon for destroying the Wraith. It some type of prophecy that Teyla takes very seriously but John doesn't get along with the female and Ronon falls in love with her and almost leaves the team because of John. If I remember correctly she is an Ancient hidden from childhood and alot of people die protecting her.
