I'm looking for a fairly long McShep fic I read some time ago. In it, ATA gene holders are mysteriously mutating to develop superpowers for lack of a better word. Rodney became a technopath I think, and John was able to turn into some variation of his bug form from Conversion. It wasn't just happening to those at the SGC either, it was happening all over the world. "Normal" humans were panicking and world opinion was starting to turn towards killing the mutants, so they moved to a compound Rodney had bought long ago and started to prepare to defend themselves. I can't remember how it ended but I do remember really enjoying the story, so I'd like to read it again. Oh, Daniel and Jack were also mutated and a fairly large part of the story. If I remember right, John and Jack were co leaders - John led the mutants with offensive powers, and Jack those with defensive powers. I hope this is enough to spark someone's memory!
