John as Detective? Rodney as Physicist who someone tries to car bomb?

I am pretty sure this is a well-known one, but cannot remember the title.
Someone tries to car bomb Rodney, and John is the detective assigned to the case. He is also working on some sort of serial murder case with young girls. They get together, and in the end, Rodney has to leave to go to Atlantis and John can't be his one personal item. Rodney returns because they cannot get it to run without John, and buys John a plane. In the plane, Rodney finds out John can activate ancient tech and they go back to Atlantis happily ever after...
