Fleeing earth, ship crashing, maybe a team story?

So according to paleom there is a story out there this is the description: "Seem to remember there is also a good one about everyone running away from earth to pegasus and the ship crashing and it being down to saboteurs hell bent on destroying everyone on board, think Jeannie's in it too and definitely Sam. Think John and Rodney are strangers to begin with, pretty sure they meet while inspecting the hull of the ship with torches. But sorry, can't remember name of story." Anyone know this one? Thank you.
