Special Wall in Atlantis with anonymous comments

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a story that featured a wall in Atlantis that people put up anonymous notes on and it caught on and became a confession wall and Atlantis protected it from being tampered with or abused (I think Caldwell wanted to use it to find people who had made confessions). Pretty sure it was a McShep fic.
