A different take on the episode The Hive. John is under the influence of the wraith enzyme and basically rapes Rodney while in captivity. When released, John is mortified by what happened and Rodney is angry. Rodney takes his anger out on John in a way that is devastating to John and culminates in an emotional scene that occurs after the Grace Under Pressure accident.
