John in wheelchair

Hi all,
I'm looking for a fic where John is injured offworld (falling down a hill and hitting his back against a tree) and ends up in a chair. Caldwell is surprised to find everyone on the city rallying round John - to the extent that he spars in the chair and has been timed getting between important parts of the city. All to prove that he is just as capable now as he ever was.
He may be in a relationship with Elizabeth. Possibly?
