Looking for two McShep stories

Hi! Hoping you'll be able to help me locate these two McShep stories. For the first story, I remember a scene where Caldwell is trying to catch Sheppard and McKay in a compromising position. He thinks he's got them when he overhears John telling Rodney "one more finger" and Rodney is pleading with John "no more". He bursts into the room and John is actually helping Rodney stretch his fingers as part of physical therapy exercise. (I think Rodney had been kidnapped and had his fingers broken?)

For the second story, I think it's set in BDSM world. John and Rodney are in a relationship. For some reason, they're talking about breakups. John comments that if there comes a time when John wants to break up with Rodney, he will tell McKay himself. Then Doranda happens and things are very bad between them. Rodney is torn up about it and is waiting for John to tell him that it's over between them.
