Sheppard crashes with a diplomat in board

Hi

I’m trying to find a story and it’s driving me crazy. Sheppard and team are offworld with a visiting foreign diplomat and Sheppard has some kind of altercation with then and then flies through a storm resulting in them crashing. I think the diplomat dies and Sheppard is critically injured and the rest of the team have to prove he didn’t do it deliberately. I know it’s by some of my favourite authors - pretty sure it was a collab. Help!!!
