Copy of Dear John with the pics intact

Sadly, mad_maudlin's classic Dear John is a bit messed up.
It's 12 pics of a frenzied handwritten message to John, by Rodney when he's still on the enzyme. It's the usual hassle with Photoshop having put watermarks on each page, making them hard to read. There's a text version, but I love the image-heavy one with its coffee stains and all.
Just thought I'd ask if anyone saved it back in the day and made a pdf of it, before the pics got watermarked? Or if anyone has a link to it posted elsewhere with the pics intact.
