Possibly post-Doranda fic

Hi! i’m looking for a specific fix that may or may not be a post-Doranda fic. it’s probably something super well known too.

I remember that the team visited a planet and that the leader pointed out that Sheppard doesn’t trust McKay and there are trials? maybe that the team as a whole misjudged Rodney? Rodney has to go through these trials to bring the team together and eventually Rodney is hung up on a post and flogged.

If anyone could point me in the direction of this fic, you would have my eternal gratitude!
