I'm looking for a story where John returns after having spent 5 years on a desert island following a plane chrash. He was test flying a plane with an engine designed by Rodney. They are in an established relationship. Rodney went almost mad with grief, but is now dating Jennifer Keller. John returns to their house and finds it empty, but meets Jeannie and Madison. He is told Rodney is about to propose to Jennifer and follows them to a fancy hotel where he makes his presence known by sending Rodney two pudding cups. Ronon is a survuvalist celebrity that got marooned on the island with John a few years into the ordeal and there's also a hilarious maitre d'e. It's an angsty return with Rodney having trouble telling Jennifer John has returned.
