Two fics, please

I am hoping that someone can help me find the following:

1) John has done something on a planet and must remain in jail on their world for a period of time. He is scared of the dark (or something like that): so Rodney comes and visits him. Anyone?

2) This one is a little more difficult to explain due to my poor memory. John is on Atlantis, I think, and the SGC hasn’t heard from them for some time. Something happens and Rodney, who isn’t in the Stargate program, keeps seeing and hearing John from time to time, but nobody else can. He eventually gets to see O’Neill at the SGC because John said that was where he could get help.
