Pirate McShep fic

I'm looking for a fic where John, who is a Pirate, attacks Kolya's pirate ship and finds Rodney, who has been kept prisoner by Kolya. Jeannie is still a kid, and also among the captives. By threatening her, Kolya had forced Rodney to basically be his sex slave, but since Rodney was still too mouthy, Kolya cut out his tongue. When the fic starts, Rodney is in a very bad place and he is scared that John, being another pirate, is no better than Kolya.

I'm almost positive I read this on AO3, but for some reason I've been unable to locate it again. Hopefully someone here can help me?
