Looking for story - John has allergic reaction

This is one of those, "I'll kick myself when you tell me; I should know it."

The team is offworld in an Ancient facility. Something goes wrong with the power, and "things" are released. John is bitten by a bug, and has an allergic reaction. Rodney treats him with his epi-pen and other stuff from his "allergy emergency kit", meanwhile kicking himself for not noticing quicker, and for spouting platitudes he's always hated (like, "you're gonna be okay"). Things get pretty dire (of course) before Carson arrives to take over from Rodney. It had a long title, something like, "All Fucked Up, But Carrying On Anyway." Unfortunately, "something like" doesn't help in searching.

Don't remember if it's gen or slash, but slash certainly wasn't the point.

Thanks for any help you can give -- even an author name will help me refine my search.
