Looking for a story where Rodney unexpectedly leaves Atlantis (I think he resigns). Later it turns out he's pregnant and he left to save his child, as an alien race want to steal the child once it's born.

iirc, Rodney and his baby are beamed back to the aliens' planet from the infirmary in Cheyenne Mountain just after he gave birth.
