EAD: FOUND His Dark Materials crossover????

I have been unable locate this story. It's a crossover with the His Dark Materials verse. Sheppard has an unusual soul animal - a raven?? I think. At some point he's captured by some people, who try to separate Sheppard and his raven - it is extremely painful both physically and mentally. Eventually, the guy in charge that has been torturing John is punished for what he was trying to do. Seems John's soul animal is special according to the guys that held him.

I've done multiple searches with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you in advance.
