Rodney can cook

Looking for two stories where Rodney can cook.

1. John finds Rodney cooking Athosian food for Teyla, who is stuck in the infirmary and doesn't have an appetite.  I think she has just had Torren and is slightly depressed.

2. In order to negotiate with some natives, the team has to bake an alien dish.  Rodney figures out it's a version of        spanakopita and makes it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
