Young Rodney Sub to John

This is a well known fic but I can't remember the name. Jeannie brings her younger brother, Rodney to Atlanis when she gets hired as a scientist. John is obsessed with him and Jeannie basically gives Rodney to him as a sub. Can someone help me find this fic?
