Post Doranda - O'Neill berates Atlantis leadership

I remember a story I once read, I don't think it was very long.  Jack O'Neill either comes to Atlantis, or is talking via wormhole to John and Elizabeth, (maybe this is after McKay has asked for a transfer back to earth cause of the way they're treating him) and has a real go at them.  They respond with "4/5ths of a solar system!"  and O'Neill is scathing and says they don't deserve him.  I recall him mentioning the time Carter's stuff up made the wormhole go through a sun, and an entire populated planet died.

I'd really like to read it again.  If anyone could help me I'd be extremely grateful.
